"Why has my account been suspended?"
There a few reasons your account may have been suspended, we've listed them below:
- You have not logged in for 6 months or more
- Your account has been flagged by our system and you will have been emailed by our of our team
- You are not based in the UK (OhMyDosh is currently only available for UK residents)
- You closed your account in the 'My Account' section
If you believe we've made a mistake then please reach out to our customer support team by submitting a ticket. However, be sure to check the email inbox of the account you signed up to OhMyDosh with as our customer support team may have already been in touch with you.
